What is being sold, what is promised, and what is explicitly not promised.
the service
What you are buying
- An audit of what AI models recover from your website, run with the method described on this site. Audits are run by hand, in the order they arrive. The free audit is one model reading your homepage; the paid audit is six.
- A generated package of machine-readable surfaces, built from facts you supply and sign off, delivered as a kit you install — or that we install for you, if that is what you bought.
- Where a subscription is bought: repeat audits, drift alerts and the update loop, for as long as it runs.
whose facts
The facts are yours
You supply the answers and a named person attests they are true and already published by your business. We generate surfaces from them. We do not check whether they are true and we never invent a commitment you have not made. Responsibility for what the facts say sits with the business that signed them off, and the correction path is the update loop rather than an argument: you tell us what changed, one command regenerates every surface, and the new version joins the published history.
the version history
What the hash does and does not mean
Every version of your fact sheet is hashed and published with its hash, superseded versions included, so the history is tamper-evident: change a byte and the fingerprint changes with it. Anchoring those hashes in a public ledger is a further step that adds an independent timestamp. It is not live yet, so every row on our own history page reads timestamp pending, and the badge says tamper-evident rather than notarized until that changes.
What it never does: it does not check anyone’s identity, and it does not attest that the facts are true. It records what was signed off, and when.
what is not promised
Plainly, so nobody is surprised
- No search ranking outcome. Nothing here is sold as improving your position in any search engine, and we will not say that it does.
- No placement in any assistant’s answer. There is no rank to buy and no position anyone can promise you. No guarantees follow about any particular assistant naming you.
- No specific recovery score. Every measured number published on this site was produced on other sites and cites the note that produced it. Yours will have its own numbers, and if the facts you are missing turn out to be already recovered, we will tell you that and say so in the report.
- No permanence. Third-party platforms change how they read websites without notice. A result measured on one date is a measurement taken that day, not a permanent condition.
liability
Limited, and limited plainly
If something goes wrong and it is our fault, what you can recover is capped at what you paid us — for a subscription, what you paid in the twelve months before the problem. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses: lost profit, lost business, or what a third-party platform did with your site after we delivered.
Nothing here tries to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits your rights if we were dishonest.
stopping
Term and termination
A subscription can be stopped at any time, and it stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. Everything installed stays installed and keeps working — the surfaces are files on your own site and the source files are yours. What stops is the monitoring, the re-audits and the update loop.
One-time purchases are yours to keep permanently. The refund policy covers when money comes back.
governing law
Not yet stated, deliberately
No governing law is named here yet. Naming one is a decision for counsel rather than for the person who built the page, and a placeholder dressed up as a clause would be worse than an admission. Until it is settled, disputes are handled the way everything else here is handled: you write to a person and a person answers.
Subject to counsel review. This page describes how this operation actually works and is written to be read, not to be impressive. It has not been reviewed against any particular statutory regime. Where local consumer or data law gives you rights, those rights sit on top of anything written here and they win.
