What this site collects, which is close to nothing, and what happens to the little of it there is.
what is collected
The whole list, field by field
When you send the free-audit form or the contact form, one line is appended to a file on our own server. That line holds exactly seven things, and this is all of them:

The salt that makes the fingerprint is generated once, kept readable only by the server’s root account, and is in no repository. Losing it would make every old fingerprint permanently unlinkable, which we consider a feature rather than a risk.
Separately, the web server keeps ordinary access logs — the address that made a request, the time, the page, the response code, the referring page and the browser’s user-agent string. That is the default behaviour of a web server and we have not turned it off. The queue service’s own log records the method and the path of a submission and never the contents.
what is not collected
No cookies, no analytics trackers
This is the part most sites cannot write, so it is worth being precise rather than smug about it. As of 2026-07-30, on every page this site serves:
- No cookie is set. Not by us, not by anyone. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no chat widget, no third-party form service. Every script on every page is written by us and served from this domain — not one
<script>on the site carries asrcpointing anywhere else. - Nothing is stored in your browser. No local storage, no session storage.
- The two free tools send nothing anywhere. They run entirely in your browser: whatever you paste into the generator or the validator never leaves the machine you typed it on. There is no upload, and there is no copy of it on our side to ask about.
The only network request this site makes to us that you did not click a link for is the form submission itself, and it only happens when you press the button.
what it is used for
Answering you, and nothing else
Your address is used to reply to you: to send the audit you asked for, or to answer the message you sent. That is the whole purpose. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, not rented, not shared with anyone outside this operation, and not used to retarget you anywhere. There is nothing to unsubscribe from, because you were never subscribed to anything.
how long
Retention, with real numbers
- Web server logs: 14 days. They rotate daily and fourteen generations are kept, after which they are deleted by the server. That is the running configuration, not an aspiration.
- Queue entries: kept until the request is dealt with, and then kept unless you ask us to remove them. We are not going to claim an automatic deletion schedule we have not built. If that answer stops being good enough at a larger scale, this page changes before the practice does.
when checkout launches
Payments, in the future tense
There is no checkout on this site today. Orders are sent as a form and invoiced on confirmation, so no payment details have ever passed through here.
When checkout does launch, payments will be processed by Stripe, and card details will be entered on Stripe’s systems rather than ours. Card data will never touch our servers — we will receive the fact that a payment succeeded and what it was for, and nothing else. This section is written in the future tense on purpose, and it changes to the present tense on the day it becomes true and not before.

Seeing it, or getting rid of it
Email orders@aigentsphere.ai and ask what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted. A person reads that queue and will do it.
There is no self-service portal and no rights-request workflow, because at this scale a queue file and a person is the honest implementation and a portal would be theatre. If that changes, so does this paragraph.
Subject to counsel review. This page describes how this operation actually works and is written to be read, not to be impressive. It has not been reviewed against any particular statutory regime. Where local consumer or data law gives you rights, those rights sit on top of anything written here and they win.
