By industry, where we have the measurements

Twelve real company sites, several hundred recorded agent visits. Three trades in that cohort have enough measured detail to be worth a page of their own. The rest do not have one yet, and we would rather publish three honest pages than thirty generated ones.

// three trades we have measured
TradeThe measured finding
AI visibility for kiosk manufacturersA 22-fold price range reads as noise, not a price; and a long page swallowed a bottom-placed fact panel entirely (Notes 35, 36)
AI visibility for print shops and packaging suppliersAsked by name, models produced the correct website 2 of 6 and 1 of 6 times, at confidence 0.27 and 0.13 (Note 27)
AI visibility for HVAC contractorsAsked by name, 0 of 6 models produced the correct website, at confidence 0.05 (Note 27)

what every trade shares

The failure is the same everywhere. The questions are not.

Across sixty-four cold agent visits to twelve sites, 89% could not state a price, 83% could not determine terms, contract or warranty, and 48% could not name a client or find independent proof. 57 of 64 read one page and stopped (Note 27). That pattern held in every trade we looked at.

What changes by trade is which unanswered question kills the enquiry. For a manufacturer it is usually buy-or-rent and lead time. For a printer it is minimums and turnaround. For a contractor it is call-out charges, licensing and hours. Same mechanism, different five sentences.

Whatever your trade, the first step is the same: find out what a model can recover from your homepage today.

One model fetches your homepage and answers buyer questions from it. You get the recovery score and the specific answers it could not find. That is the whole free tier: it shows you the problem, and the fix package is not included.
